Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop unsweetened protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 large handful spinach fresh
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter no sugar added
  • ice cubes as needed

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Glass for serving

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk, protein powder, spinach, banana, and peanut butter to the blender.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  5. Add Tip: Blood Sugar Tip: Use only ½ banana and always choose unsweetened protein powder. Even "natural" flavored powders can hide added sugars.
